Fantasy Football 2026: Players We’re Worried About at Their Current ADP

Draft day is here, and not every player is worth the price.

Talent matters, but so do opportunity, health, competition and cost. These are three players we’re approaching carefully at their current ADP — and why we think the risk may outweigh the reward.

⚠️ CAM SKATTEBO — RB, NY GIANTS

Why we’re worried: Skattebo’s violent, contact-heavy running style is part of what makes him effective, but it also creates durability concerns. After already dealing with injuries, we’re hesitant to pay a premium price for a back whose style invites so much punishment.

The concern: Can he stay healthy enough to justify where he’s being drafted?

⚠️ PARKER WASHINGTON — WR, JAGUARS

Why we’re worried: Washington flashed late last season, but we’re being asked to trust a very small sample. Before that late-season stretch, he had done very little through his first few NFL seasons. The opportunity is intriguing, but the price assumes the breakout continues.

The concern: Are we buying a legitimate breakout — or paying for a handful of good games?

⚠️ BUCKY IRVING — RB, BUCCANEERS

Why we’re worried: His ADP is much cheaper than it was last year, so the concern isn’t paying for his huge 2024 season anymore. It’s his role. Injuries and the emergence of Kenneth Gainwell create a much greater possibility that Tampa Bay uses a committee instead of treating Irving like a true lead back.

The concern: If the touches are split, does Irving have enough volume to return value at his current ADP?

🔥 THE BOTTOM LINE

We’re not saying don’t draft these players. We’re saying price matters.

Skattebo’s durability, Washington’s limited track record and Irving’s potential committee role all create more risk than we want at their current cost.
